Booking Details

To secure a date, a non-refundable deposit will be due upon the signing of the contract. Payment plans are offered as long as 50% of the payment is received no later than 120 days prior to the wedding. The total amount must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the wedding.

Couples will get the option to book 1-2 day events. For one-day weddings, the rental will be 15 hours (9 am-midnight). When choosing to book for two days, you will have The Grove from 9 am the first day until midnight the second day.

Wedding Rental Includes:

Venue

In the rental, you will have exclusive use of all indoor and outdoor facilities throughout the property.

Table & Chairs

There will be white tables and chairs included in the rental that can accommodate up to 200 guests comfortably. For larger weddings, additional tables and chairs will need to be rented.

Sound System

A state-of-the-art sound system will be included, both inside and out the building

Suites

The venue is equipped with a newly renovated large bridal suite and a groom suite.

Wheelchair Accessible

There is wheelchair accessible parking lot and throughout the venue.

Vendors

A list of preferred vendors will be provided.

Set-Up

The set up of table and chairs will be done upon your arrival.

Photography

The use of the venue can be available for both engagement and bridal photos.

Optional Additional Costs:

Alcohol Fee

If servicing alcohol, this fee will include the cost of the bartender, security, and liability insurance. This will be arranged by The Grove.

Other Events


There will be a cleanup fee for all non-wedding events.

We offer both weekdays and weekends for non-wedding events. Prices vary depending on the day of the event. Contact us for information on pricing and dates!
